The Norfolk Arms Pool Ladder is a competition played over 8-9 weeks after which the top three players battle it out to win a £100 bar tab.  Second and third receive £50 and £25 bar tabs, with 4th, 5th and 6th getting 3, 2 and 1 free drink.

The starting position are draw at random, you are then able to challange up to 3 places above your current position each week and have one wild card per competition that allows you to challenge up to 6 places.
